    Addvolt is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Benelux with high energy and a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Team.

    The Area Sales Manager Benelux is a key business development role within our Addvolt equipment and services business. The main goals in this role are to catalyze and support exponential growth within the Benelux region by prospecting and developing relationships with new fleet customers, managing and growing existing dealers/distributors, and prospecting new potential dealers/distributors.

    As Area Sales Manager you will:


    • Develop direct dialogue with end users and target accounts. Implement key account strategies within the Benelux region;

    • Identify and develop business opportunities through defined routes to market. Follow up with sales prospects and manage them to establish a customer relationship;

    • Expand the sale of our products and services with existing Dealers and partners and look for new potential sales and service dealers by preparing presentations or product demonstrations, proposals and sales contracts, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction;

    • Develop and recommend pricing strategies and implement the agreed marketing plans (incl. trade fairs and exhibitions) in line with the Company’s vision and values;

    • Provide voice of the customers to support the development and introduction of new products;

    • Communicate new product and service opportunities as well as give feedback on competition and market trends;

    • Contribute to the training and educational programs of clients;

    • Maintain and provide accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity related information.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about both electronics and mechanical assembly, and who can ensure the high-quality assembly of our innovative electronic equipment.     As Electromechanical Technician you will:


    • Follow technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals to ensure correct assembly.
