This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound flows, transport coordination and inventory accuracy.

In this role, you will support after-sales customer relationship management by diagnosing system faults, preparing repair quotations, and ensuring timely and accurate follow-up. You will track workshop performance metrics and SLAs, while also providing valuable feedback on recurring issues to the Engineering team to help improve product reliability.
You will participate in quality control activities, including inspections and testing of repaired items, and assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed. Additionally, you will help define and manage workshop spaces, workflows, and tooling to ensure efficient operations. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workshop environment will be a key part of your responsibilities.

As our Workshop Technician you will:

• Support in after-sales customer relationship management;


• Diagnose faults of customer systems and provide repair quotes;


• Keep track of workshop metrics and SLAs;


• Provide feedback of reoccurring faults to engineering teams;


• Support in quality control, inspections, and testing of repaired items;


• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies when needed;


• Define and manage workshop spaces, workflow and tooling;


• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and parts.

• Minimum Educational Qualifications:
  
  
  
  • CET or equivalent (Level 5 - CNQ – DGERT) degree or BSc./MSc. in Engineering.
  
  
  
  


• Minimum Previous Experience:
  
  
  
  • one year experience in a similar role.
  
  
  
  


• Minimum Additional Training:
  
  
  
  • Basic knowledge of English.
