We are looking for a After Sales Technical Support to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
After Sales Technical Support responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

The Area Sales Manager Benelux is a key business development role within our Addvolt equipment and services business. Addvolt is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Lead to join Addvolt Supply Chain Team in Porto.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound flows, transport coordination and inventory accuracy.
We are looking for someone organized, hands-on and committed, capable of leading the Team on the Warehouse floor, while maintaining high standards of rigor, safety, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings a continuous improvement mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to drive alignments across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other key internal stakeholders such as Sales, After Sales, Financial and Quality.
As Warehouse & Logistics Lead you will:
- Coordinate and assign daily warehouse tasks (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping), ensuring clarity, priority, and proper execution.
- Manage inbound and outbound flows, ensuring materials and finished goods move accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal processes and Customer expectations.
